This nutrition plan is fully customized to help you meet your needs and reach your goals. It is based on the principals of metabolic typing and the scientifically proven issue known as Physical Degeneration. This principle states that one’s cultural background plays a significant role in the types of food that should be eaten. The caloric range will be established based on your weight loss, muscle gain or maintenance goals using your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Also, for those of you interested, supplement recommendations can be made based on goals and/or blood work. This advanced nutritional plan is perfect for anyone who is looking for a path to individualized optimal nutrition.
In order to reach your fitness goals, it is important to have a solid program to follow that is based on your individual needs. This exercise plan is based on 6 week micro-cycles to help you progress from one phase to another in your program while maintaining a steady path to your fitness goal. The program design will build on a solid foundation that addresses muscular imbalances, neurological activation and flexibility, which will help you reach your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. To start the program, a series of assessments will be conducted either in person for a 45 minute session, on Skype or via pictures sent through email. Once the assessment is completed a 6 week program will be designed and sent through email, which will include everything you need to know in order to have a successful micro-cycle. This exercise plan and program design is great for anyone no matter where you live and should be renewed every 6 weeks to maintain progression. After 6 weeks we will reassess where you are according to your goals and we will then adjust the next micro-cycle accordingly.

This combo plan is perfect for anyone who doesn’t have the time to work 1-on-1 with me as a trainer or who has the desire to improve on their current exercise and nutrition programs. It includes everything from the Nutrition and Exercise plans, which will help you, reach your fitness goals in the safest and fastest way possible!

With this Gold plan you will get 6 months’ worth of program design to address almost any fitness goal that you may have as well as a customized diet plan to help you along the way. This fitness and nutrition plan is perfect for anyone who is preparing for a major event such as a wedding or a pregnancy, or for someone who is just trying to get a jump start on their goals. As an extra bonus you will receive $5/hour off any personal training package that I offer!
This plan has it all for an entire year! Everything that is included in the Nutrition and Exercise plan is here with a few extra perks. First, with the Nutrition plan there will be simple easy to follow recipes that are tailored towards the foods that you enjoy eating, including dessert! Second, with the Exercise and Program Design plan it includes a FULL year of exercise programming to account for all of your fitness phases and goals! Lastly, you will receive $5/hour off any personal training package that I offer and a discounted rate for each additional year that you continue with the program!
Since there are a lot of things that pregnancy restricts, there are courses designed specifically for pregnancy training. I have completed these courses and I’ve worked with many women currently pregnant or trying to become so. Knowing that this is a huge time in a woman’s life, I offer pregnancy training specials.
