Youth Training

With over 50% of children being overweight or obese in today’s world, it’s important to get your kids set off on the right path. As a Youth Training Specialist and San Diego Personal Trainer, I can help any child ages 8-18 years old.

As we grow up our bodies are constantly changing and the stresses that are put on us is unbelievable. Exercising is a great way to help ease a childs or adolesents body into being fully grown, but it must be done correctly so that no injuries occur that could set us up for failure in the future.

Since I have a passion for helping to fight childhood obesity, I am currently in the process of starting up a company tailored specifically for children ages 8-18 years old. The name of this company is yet to be made public, but we are expecting to launch by next Spring. For more information, please feel free to ask.

Youth Specials

Almost every child and teenager find it more fun to workout with a friend. Since this is often the case I allow up to 3 children ages 8-12 to workout out for the price of 1 and 2 teenagers ages 13-17 to workout together for the price of 1.

I also offer a discount of $5/hr off any training package for any child or teenager under the age of 18.
